Very knowledgeable, reliable and excellent attention to detail. Highly recommend.
Jon was helpful and informative throughout, and gave me details in writing of what the work would entail. He liaised effectively with the firm who were doing damp-proofing of the walls so that the two jobs dovetailed. He was friendly and went out of his way to make it easy to hand over the key on start day. He made it clear that, as I had expected, the outcome would be significant noise reduction but not total silence. The job took less than 3 days from start to finish and everything was left tidy and clean. I would confidently use this firm again.
