The fulfilment was carried our safely, and cleanly, and in a most accomodating manner. We were kept up to date with technical, operational and helpful information throughout the project. The result is an excellent solar facility, designed to meet our specific requirements, backed up by very thorough and well produced user documentation and certification. This is a company that is outstanding - well worth engaging for anyone who wants to pursue a practical and economical sustainable energy solution. ESP Energy are a Shropshire based company who installed solar panels and electrical equipment at my property through September 2024; the system was fully commissioned by the end of the month. The whole process was seamless and completed according to agreed timescales. The quality of the final installation of the panels, cabling and all electrical equipment is truly exceptional. Plans were followed to the letter and all ESP staff were utterly professional at all times. Since install, there have been a couple of teething issues which were dealt with either from the ESP offices: the system is monitored 24/7 by ESP staff, or by a site visit. All problems were dealt with within half an hour of contacting the ESP office. In fact, in one instance, after having called the ESP office, a company director arrived to check the system in person within twenty minutes of calling! I would fully recommend ESP Sales and Service Ltd to join trustatrader.com without hesitation.
ESP were very polite, responsive, they provided us with Everything we knew we needed and more, they have since even become energy brokers, that would of at the time been the Only thing that could of helped more, but this shows the commitment to their customers moving forward will add to the customer expectance
Incredibly helpfull from planning to commissioning. Even followed up with helping apply for feed in tarrif.
