Really friendly and professional company keeping me informed and producing detailed information of the work carried out.
I've had my boiler serviced by Carlos for a number of years now and arranged by Paul. This time had my boiler serviced and had my gas checked too. The guys are great, always great communication and do their best to fit around what can be an awkward schedule I have. Carlos is so knowledgeable of what he is doing, a true professional. In the past when I had a leak in my home it was the advice of Paul and Carlos that advised me to go down the route of Insurance which saved me £100's and while it took work away from them as my Insurer used their own services it showed that they have integrity, something very rare these days.
Very professional and respectful. Excellent company would highly recommend.

Taylor was professional and polite.
Annual boiler service by Taylor. Arrived when he said he would, super friendly (as usual), very efficient, made sure no mess was left. What more can I say except "100% recommend".
Taylor came out as i thought there was a leak following tap installation. He was very thorough and didn't mind being called out. I would highly recommend Essex Heating Services.
I used this firm to disconnect and remove a calor gas stove. An appointment was made within a week and they gave me a likely time frame for their attendance the day before and on the day itself. They carried out the work in a very friendly and efficient manner. Overall the service was excellent.
I have used these to service my boiler for a few years. Always lovely and friendly and do a good job. Nothing too much trouble.Reasonably priced as well. Safe and reliable.
The service Taylor provided was excellent — polite, professional, and efficient. He even checked that all my radiators were working properly. As I’ve just moved in, I’m still unfamiliar with how to operate or troubleshoot the boiler, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me helpful pointers to make sure it continues running smoothly. I really appreciated his thoroughness and support.
Excellent customer service and work carried out rapidly from initial conact to job completion. Taylor worked efficiently and has a friendly and cheerful manner. He left no mess and I would certainly recommend this company.
Essex heating have been looking after the boiler for 8 years. Always an excellent service especially when Ideal themselves could not fix a problem . I highly recommend them.
Carlos and Paul have always responded quickly to us and have completed work efficiently and thoroughly. We’ve had them do our plumbing for years and they’ve been great. Highly recommend.
Carlos attended to fix a leak in my hot water system pipework and install a new stopcock (the old one had seized up). He did a great job - very competent. Very friendly too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.
