“The standard of work was good from the start but I suspect the amount of work was somewhat underestimated as they were finishing off in the dark. This may or may not be the cause of the following shortcomings: The tiles below the solar panels (about 6m X 300mm) were not cleaned but Billy said he did treat with a biocide which would kill the moss then it would fall off - we'll see whether it does. The downpipe from the front gutter of the garage was left disconnected, with the piece of pipe lying on top of the hedge. Clearing up not so good at the back as it was at the front.”
