"Having exchanged contracts the day before we moved, due to the chain needing to complete paperwork at the very last minute before the stamp duty changes coming into play, the lady in the office was extremely helpful and reassuring about being able to help us. The day before removals, the guys turned up to get some of our stuff moved as we had a lot to move and seeing how stressed I was offered help and reassurance that they would make everything ok on the day. They made it all go smoothly, even though they were tired after a very long day. They were brilliant!"
