Very nice person with the best communication and availability of anyone I contacted to quote, which is why we moved forward with them. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of work left. In the recently completed gutter valley a few of the issues were... pooling, where joints have been designed/laid incorrectly, including seams not overlapped with the fall. Also, steel corrugated roofing sheets with sharp edges were left resting on the soft rubber, within no time this would have cut through the gutter. Also, the material was not laid sufficiently high on the side of the valley.
