"Communication was good with Paul & guys always arrived on time. Guys talked me through the job, then went out for materials and returned promptly. Happy with the inside but wasn’t happy with first attempt on the felt which was hanging over too much and not secured with enough nails. To be fair the guys did return a week later to put more felt nails in and secure the felt with batons all round which should have be done originally for the price paid. Overall pretty pleased with the final result, but do feel these small jobs attract a premium as not many contractors want to take them on."
