“I made an enquiry through TrustaTrader and John called back within 15 mins and came round to quote within a couple of days. He came back with a price and dates within weeks and communicated all the way through the process. John and his team did the work today (20/01/2026) and the job was done within hours, cleaned both my garden and my neighbour's garden where the tree overhung. Great work and the tree looks so much better and cropped exactly as agreed and a lovely neat and tidy job. Lovely, chatty team of people and cannot recommend them highly enough in all aspects.”

John and team did a very good job, communicating throughout and during the job. Cleaned up afterwards.
John was polite and punctual. A good job well done.
John came to give me a quote the next day after initial contact, and then came to do the job the following day with a young man. He came to trim and tidy my overgrown conifer hedge. He was very polite and explained the job thoroughly. They worked quickly and did a good job, tidied up well when finished. All good.
From initial contact through to finishing the job the Evergreen team were polite, professional and courteous. Its times like these you need the option to leave an 11/10 rating. I won’t be using anyone else in future, they left no mess not even around the chipper in the road.
We had a problem with ivy on a tall building at the bottom of the garden with difficult access. John and his team were able to come the next day and texted to let us know arrival time. They advised on best way to deal with the problem, took away the trimmings and also left eco poison to kill off roots in the ground. I would recommend them and use them again.

John came and quoted us up the same day as getting in touch with him. He provided such a fair and competitive quote that we did not even bother going elsewhere to compare and booked him straight away. Impeccable availability, credible punctuality and a team who get in, do there job and leave with care, attention to detail, and precision. Will definitely be dealing with John again in the future.

I was given an accurate estimate prior to the work commencing and John and Charlie worked efficiently and completed the work promptly despite poor weather conditions. I will happily recommend Evergreen and would use them again for any further work in the future.
