Highly recommended, Kings Construction were a pleasure to work with for our conservatory/orangery rebuild. All contractors on site provided work of the highest standard. Delays due to access limitations from neighbouring works were handled with a minimum of fuss; we felt informed of progress at all stages and are delighted with the result. The initial quote was adhered to and, unlike most other tenders, was fully costed and detailed at the outset, which is vital for avoiding misunderstanding. Russell and his crew completed a garage conversion for us. It turned out to be a quite complex job, but they were able to handle it, communicate with building control and deliver what was originally designed. Overall, they did a good job and we like the end result. We particularly appreciated how sensitively Russell handled a family health issue we had and paused the work when we asked them to.

Kings Construction provided a detailed quote for our kitchen extension and stage payments were invoiced regularly after the work had been done. The only extra related to re-routing some pipework which was unexpectedly found when excavating for the foundations. During the process they tried to minimise the impact including installing a temporary wall so we could continue to use the existing kitchen. The work was done during the winter so inevitably there were some weather related delays but overall everything went smoothly and we are very pleased with the result.

Russel carried out roof repairs that others had quoted very high and was not accurate to what was actually wrong. All works were completed at nearly 1/2 the price. Leak has disappeared and Russel will come back to re decorate the original damage. Highly recommend.

Russell worked very hard and the work was done to a very high standard. The work was finished in the timescale he gave us and was cleared up every day. He was very friendly and we are more than pleased with the work carried out. I would recommend him to anyone
