“Dan and his team replaced a bathroom for us and we were so happy with it that I asked him to do our kitchen as well. In the end the team renovated the entire flat. They started on the given date and finished on time as well, they were skilled, deft, cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish daily. Dan's advice was invaluable, they consulted me before starting anything new and updated me as they went along. It was a joy to have them around.”
“This is our second project with Dan and team, and it went really smoothly, it was completed in just over two weeks which was amazing to have little disruption to our lives while work was carried out. Dan was really accommodating and helpful with the planning, especially as we had some last minute changes to plan, as the room became bigger when he existing fittings were ripped out. Seb and Val are also great, friendly and helped with the small decisions like placement of taps. The whole team are very dependable. The finished bathroom is really high quality and we are so glad we did it.”

Dan is the man! If you're looking for quality work, look no further. I am super happy with the work Dan and his team completed. I got my bathroom and cloakroom completely revamped, and Dan's work, attention to detail and communication far exceed any experience I've had. The team always left my property extremely clean and they were very professional at all times. The quality of their work was superb especially with all the challenges that my old plumbing threw at them.

We asked the team to strip everything out of the bathroom including the floor structure so we could start from scratch. They were extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process and didn't try to skip any corners to compromise quality. We wanted a really high quality finish and all members of the team had a great attention to detail allowing us to achieve this. They were also very transparent about costs and what was/wasn't possible. A great experience all round, would definitely use excell again on other projects.

We needed a kitchen and bathroom update to our 1 bed apartment. Dan was very proactive with ideas and suggestions making it an easy decision to work with him. He was very good with communication and the management aspect which was a requirement as we live out of town and made the whole process smooth. The finish is great, they also redecorated throughout, sanded back and seal the floor added new lighting and a carpet, again all to a high standard. We are very happy with the result and would chose Dan again. Recommended.

Daniel and his team did a wonderful job with the renovation of our ensuite bathroom. Upon submitting my job request on Checkatrade, Daniel was quick to reach out to schedule a visit to discuss the works required. The work was completed on time and to a high standard, and the team were professional, courteous and left the place clean. Despite an issue faced with a leak which caused some water to drip down into a neighbors flat, Excell took responsibility for this and came down on a Saturday to resolve this. We are enjoying our new bathroom now and had a positive experience!

Daniel and team did a great job refurbishing my 3 bedroom end of terrace house, finishing on time and to an excellent standard. There was issues encountered along the way, including finding out that a wall was not properly supported due to chimney having been partly removed in the past - this was dealt with professionally and safely, and the additions to the overall cost were fair and transparent. Daniel was a pleasure to work with throughout and communicated updates clearly, with plenty of photos and videos. I would highly recommend Excell Property Services for your refurbishment project!
