The initial job unearthed an unsafe chimney - probably the cause of all our years of damp - Nick listened to my concerns and explained options and although it did cost more, I am confident that further investment has avoided a possible chimney collapse sometime in the future. The crew were friendly and offered help & advice. A highly recommmended tradesman.”
