Kerri was quick to respond from afar as we were not local, and communicative throughout, keeping us updated. On arriving, we could not believe the difference she had made. Her commitment to detail and care genuinely surprised us over and over. The incredibly filthy oven and white goods left by the previous owner looked brand new.
