“First class carpet cleaning result.... Malcolm arrived spot on time and worked all day. He is a dedicated, professional craftsman and paid great attention to detail. He explained the cleaning products and their purpose and was soon clear to me that he knew his job inside out. I was amazed at the end result - my stair carpet looks as good as the day it was first laid, I am over the moon as I had considered replacing it, So glad I contacted EXTRACTA - Malcolm comes very highly recommended and I would give him ten stars if I could. “Malcom from Extracta came to me for the third time last month to clean my sofa and two armchairs that had never been done since I bought them 11 years ago. So they badly needed a spruce up. I was amazed at the result after Malcom had worked his magic on them. They again look like new and the colours are a lot more vibrant. For two years running, since I moved into this property, Malcolm has also cleaned the carpets to a high standard and he will be coming again later this year. Not only does he know his job inside out but he is also very friendly and willing to help out, even giving advice over the phone on carpet care all year round. He also suggested the best way for me to clean the curtains, as I unfortunately couldn't quite afford to let him do them. So I have to say that the day I picked Extracta at random just before moving into a new property with filthy carpets was my lucky day.”
