Ervis promised the following: sanding, filling, 1x primer and 2 x lacquer. Initially, I thought the job was great and quick. I found out later, that it was too quick. Apparently all of the above was done in a matter of hours. Overtime, I found the floors scratched with the smallest of incidents, and the cork edges were not filled properly. Other floor sanding specialists explained that the second coat should have been the next day, so it's impossible there were 2 coats. I was also told they use Bona lacquer, but arrived with a different brand. It's now going to cost me £400 to refresh.
