Faber-Build Ltd

Work started on the extension on 6 March 2023 and was expected to take about 12 weeks to complete. However progress has been alarmingly slow, with intermittent days and weeks of complete absence of workers’ on site. Lac of planning and communication has caused too many missteps and resulted in the entire project being unreasonably delayed and significantly distressing the client who’s health has been declining further as a result. Builder was to finalise the last stages of work, repairs and snags in January. It is now April 2024 and the builder has not returned to site, answered calls or mgs.

We did a lot of research before selecting Faber-build who stood out from the rest. An excellent customer experience from start to finish. A very High standard of work delivered by Steve, Mark, Joe and the rest of the team. Nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above to meet our expectations. All contractors were managed expertly. Steve was very knowledgeable and an expert in all areas and was able to demonstrate this through the quality of his work. We were kept up to date with a week by week plan. The build has been completed to our satisfaction and turned out brilliant.
