The guys were friendly, polite and courteous and the work was done to a very high standard - it's worth mentioning that the previous windows were very poorly installed and the upstairs bay proved a nightmare for the team. Despite this they took it in their stride and soldiered on to get the job done without complaint! Very happy with the job and would highly recommend Falcon if you're looking for replacement windows.”
