Excellent service from first contact to fitted product
I'm very pleased with our new carpet from Fancy Floors. We first visited the shop and explained what we were looking for to David, who listened carefully and understood what we wanted. He then visited us at home with an appropriate selection of sample books that made it very easy to choose the right carpet, checking the colour and texture in the room it would be fitted to make sure it looked right. David then sent us an all inclusive quote, and fitting was arranged at a time that worked for us. Throughout, David and his team made everything straight forward and easy and we are delighted with the finished result.

Stairs and landing carpet
We have used Fancy Floors in the past and chose them again this time for the ease of purchase, and the quality of the carpets they supply, and the excellent service from both Dave and the Neil who carried out the fitting. The fitting team are always polite, punctual and take great pride in their work. Our latest project was to replace the carpet on our stairs and landing, which now looks fantastic. We are already in the process of planning the same carpet in the lounge. Thanks Dave another great job done.

Remnant Carpet for Bedroom
Very helpful in store in finding the right carpet for us at the right price. Fitter arrived on time with the carpet. Was polite, helpful and would use again. He also corrected a crease in another company as pre-arranged.

Fantastic service from start to finish. A very friendly and reliable service. We had new carpet on our stairs and landing. Great quality and has been fitted perfectly. Wouldn't go anywhere else for carpet now.

Great job, flexible and fuss free
As always David and his team did a solid job. Carpets were fitted well and no mess left. As the doors needed to be planed, they even took care to put excess carpet around to prevent marking the walls. I'm a returning customer and always happy with what they do.

I used this company to fit carpet in my lounge, hallway and 2 bedrooms and I would recommend. Very quick in getting me booked in, they removed the old carpet for me, laid the new carpet and shaved doors. Smart & tidy job!

Quality workmanship
David Fancy from "Fancy Floors" was very helpful in obtaining our choice of quality carpet and underlay to be laid in our hallway. He procured the carpet within a few days and quoted a price to complete the work. A date for laying the carpet was agreed. The fitter, Martin, did an excellent job in laying the laying the carpet. He was very friendly, polite, and conscientious. We were very pleased with his workmanship. The final price was as per the quotation. If we eventually extend the the area of new carpet we would most probably ask Fancy Floors to carry out the work

Carpet supply and fit
Great carpets great customer service from Dave to order and arrange fitting day etc- Martin was so quick at the fitting of the carpets and did a lovely job also very polite and cleared away all the rubbish- I’ve recommended Fancy Floors to a friend and when my other rooms are ready I will ask them back. Office Carpet
We have recently had David at Fancy Floors carpet our entire office of 10 plus rooms, hallway and staircase. David provided lots of samples, measured and quoted competitively for the job. His team were courteous, clean and very quick. All furniture was moved for us, rubbish removed and we were able to remain open for business during the entire fitting.
