We had a leaking flat roof over an upstairs bay window. Lee was able to come round for an assessment the day we contacted him and offered options for how to deal with the problem. Work started the following day and the job was completed satisfactorily a few days later. Lee was very good at keeping us informed about progress and overall we were hugely impressed with the service in all respects - quality and efficiency-wise.
Responded very quickly to the request for work. Excellent work done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.
Lee was absolutely lovely. He did a great job and I'll definitely be using the service in the future.
We had several roofers come to assess a leaky ceiling, but most were unable to identify the issue and unable to provide a quote unless scaffolding goes up. Decided to go with FCR, as Lee was able to identify the issue and quote me accordingly to the job needed (very reasonable and competitive quote). Lee and his team were punctual and worked efficiently with constant updates. Definitely will use these guys again if needed, They are Punctual, Good Communication, Informative, Friendly, Humble, Professional, Honest, Competitive, Helpful, Efficient, Clean and Tidy. Highly recommend them.

Thank you for coming to quickly fix our gutters which were causing water to run into our home. Very very fast response and resolved within a few hours of initial inquiry. Thanks!
Very happy with Lee. He came quickly to check out a few issues on the roof and gave us a detailed and competitive quote. Came to do the work a few days after and looks great. We will use him again!

Lee was great. Got on with the job, fixed guttering, sealed the roof and even cleaned the front of the house. Would recommend.
Lee and his team have insulated and replaced an old roof in our house over the summer last year, which has made a significant difference this winter. The rooms directly underneath that roof now retain heat & do not have any leakages. They also came around to repoint the roof sides and fix a gutter that was overflowing. Lee made sure that whenever something was pointed out by us as a potential problem, that he would come around himself and look at how to fix it in a timely manner. Thank you so much Lee for all your hard work!
