The job turned out to be a bit more involved than anticipated (our house purchase surveyor's report missed a clear problem), but once the roof issues were properly identified, we couldn't fault their attention to detail and work ethic. Good teamwork, flexibility, efficiency and thorough communication, all in all impressive.
Very quickly visited to assess the situation, with interim repair in place within a few days. Took a bit longer to schedule in the full fix, but interim solution held well. Team was efficient and work finished to a high standard within a day, left everything in a good state. Communication throughout was good.

Brian and his team did an excellent job of fixing our roof. The work included removing and replacing some cracked tiles, reusing original roof tiles replacing lead work and ridge tiles along with dry ridge and hipps. All of the old and brittle felt was removed and replaced and the battons were replaced. Brian was very responsive to all of my questions and queries. The team were hard working (the job was essentially completed in two days) and always polite and respectful. Brian was very accurate with his timings for both the work and the arrival and removal of the scaffolding.

the guttering was completely repaired and upgraded - along the way we were kept advised of the work that was both needed and recommended. In addition, the after sales service was excellent. Throughout the whole process they were polite, friendly , and professional.
Roof tile loose. Fixed pretty soon after contacting. Relieved it was done so quickly, especially at this time of year.

Great price and competence. About the team, from the guys that installed the scaffolds to the roofers managed by Aron, they have been very professional. They showed me and explained what they were doing and answering to my questions. Moreover, all works 10 yrs guaranteed. what i can ask more. I strongly recommend them.

Brian and his team replaced the roof on our conservatory and they all did an outstanding job. Brian came round and talked me through everything and gave us a quote straight away. They arrived on time to fit the roof and the finish is excellent. I would highly recommend Fenland Roofline to anyone and everyone.
Brian and his team (Ross & Mike) were superb from the get-go. I was in urgent need of soffit, facia and gutter replacement at the front of the house and Brian was extremely helpful in finding time to complete the job. Ross & Mike did excellent work in completing the replacement within the day, despite our building being 'wonky' (from the 1750s) making it ostensibly difficult to cut pieces to size. It wasn't any trouble for the gents and the quality of the finish is excellent. I look forward to having them back round to complete a replacement for the rest of the property.
New roof and guttering sorted beautifully. A very hard working and respectful team got the job done in astounding time! I can recommend.
Brian and his team are first class, offering by far the most competitive quote, they replaced our roof with new natural slate, including re leading the valleys, and replacing the soffits fascia’s and guttering. His team are professional and polite; they left the site clear and tidy. Brian checked the work as it progressed meaning I had trust and confidence in him and his team. We are completely satisfied with the completed job and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Fenland Roofline to family and friends.

Phoned about a leaking gutter in the morning, Brian came round to quote by lunchtime and by late afternoon the repair had been completed. I was already aware that I need further work doing, Brian was happy to talk me through the options and I've booked Fenland Roofline to carry out the work in the new year. Brian's happy to pop round before then should any further issues arise in the meantime which is great peace of mind.
