Fiber Fusion - Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Unfortunately this company who we used a few months ago and were fine have now been hugely disappointing. They left dark brown stains on a pale carpet which were caused by the operative. I alerted him on the same day and he told me he would return later that week. Since then despite texts, voicemail messages and messages via the website he has not been in touch to sort out the problems he has caused. He has also not replied to Check a trade who have tried to help me. Unfortunately I am now left to sort this out myself and pay for another carpet cleaning company. I am very unhappy .

Excellent work carried out by this company. Arrived on time,very curious,clean and tidy. Explained every aspect of his work and left the home clean and tidy.

They impressed with comprehensive knowledge of carpet types, their construction, appropriate cleaning methods, maintenance and pests. Their work (August 2024) was ten years after my last professional clean. They eliminated all but the worst stains, draught marks and furniture imprints, and made even the worst much less visible. The overall result was superb and far beyond my expectations based on the work of previous cleaners. A great range of modern equipment no doubt helped achieve it, including non-detergent cleaner that removed residue remaining from my last clean. Heartily recommended!
