His explanation of what was wrong and what he could do was comprehensive. He then sent a written quotation for the work, undertaken on 24th July. The team worked hard all day. They were thoroughly professional, polite and courteous. We are very pleased with the completed roof, which has already withstood extremely heavy downpours, is draining well and looks aesthetically good, and now has a 20 year guarantee.”
