In the showroom, Chloe was brilliant, using displays to help us visualize the product perfectly. Adam made the measuring and quoting stage easy and transparent. The installation by Russell was top-notch; he was professional, diligent, and left the house spotless. We highly recommend this team for their expertise and fantastic customer service!"

Russell, who fitted the carpet, was really polite, professional and helpful. I’m no expert but he seemed very experienced and competent. The fitting went very smoothly and was completed on time. Thank you!"
