The work was excellent .
Easy to book for a quote. Friendly and professional tradesmen. Job completed and any mess was cleared up.
Dreadful customer service. Rude arrogant. Blind keeps breaking but apparently that’s what it’s supposed do So it’s our fault for trying to actually use it. Not fit for purpose, saying the product doesn’t have a guarantee, told my partner they had fitted it the wrong way round (incompetent) and then after fixing it the first time denied it, then when you call them they just hang up on you. AVOID THIS COMPANY
