I had a terrible experience with trade. I made it clear the work that was needed but he sent a young chap with no experience of dealing with removal of tree in a raised bed and ensuring the tree stump would die. There was no problem with the removal of the tree, but they did not have the equipment to drill the holes for the eco plugs to be inserted. Trade advised me before the work that he would guide me on the eco plugs after the tree was felled, bad advice as you can't get eco plugs delivered in 2 days post felling. Trade agreed to return to finish the work, then ignored my text messages
