He explained everything in detail, the process and as for the price quoted it was very fair and reasonable. A great price for the work and what it involved. Sean is professional, efficient, overall a very likeable guy. Enjoyed the chat too while the work was being done. Sean conducted an EICR on behalf of a buyer for our property. He was extremely open and honest with his findings and explained that due to the age of the property, there would be some areas where the electrics would fail the test. After this, he graciously offered to complete the work needed at short notice, in order to make sure we lose no time with our sale process. As an individual, Sean was a extremely friendly, courteous and tidy. I will 100% be using Sean again for any electrical work needed, and will be recommended him to friends and family all of the time.

Sean was professional, punctual and stayed late until 6pm to finish the second fix, installing sockets and switches etc. Quality job with good fittings, I wasn't expecting my new spotlights have 3 options, I've went for warm. I got in touch at short notice for him to finish the job, after the new plaster had dried and was painted. He even answered my call and text me advice while on holiday. He booked me in, it was his first job since his return. Not hard to pay, and I promptly received the Electrical certificate by Email. I can't recommend First Place Electrical enough, thanks Sean!

Lighting, plug sockets, electrical certificate
Sean was absolutely brilliant - he came out very quickly to quote and fitted us in straightaway. We had just moved house and wanted quite a few things to be done. In the end, we added on a number of jobs which Sean took in his stride - he ended up coming back an extra day which was no hassle. The quality of the work is great (checking the electrics, moving plug sockets and changing lighting from spotlights to central pendant lights) and has made such a difference to our home. The pricing was very reasonable. On top of all this, Sean is just a lovely person who was great to have in the house!
