"This is the second job First-Rate Builders has done for us and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Bogus is very responsive with communication, they were able to accommodate our timeline, and completed the work on time as agreed. We had guests staying over that were sleeping the second morning they were working and couldn’t believe we had builders in the house as they were so courteous and quiet. I highly recommend Bogus and his team for any job you may need in SW London."

Buyer aware - Work was done to a good quality aside from when they payed down the floor off centre. This wasn’t the issue. I’m a first time buyer and spend over £6200 for an original quote of £5000 cash. Bogus will argue with you if you challenge him on anything. For example I paid £1200 for extra work but he refused to come back for important second fix.
