In addition to providing a thorough written estimate, because I was unsure what batteries were in the bell box, Matt rang the alarm company to corfirm. When Kieran the engineer arrived he discovered that they were not the batteries the alarm company had said. No problem though as it was arranged to get the correct ones delivered to my house next day and he came back to fit them at no extra charge. At all times I was kept fully informed of what was happening plus times of arrival. Overall, I consider the service I received was truly exceptional."
