Flex Eco Services Limited

We run a community charity and after having Solar Panels fitted to our own home decided to engage Flex Eco Services Ltd to fit panels on the Community Workshop building after receiving a grant and doing our due diligence on suitable suppliers. We found Flex Eco very reasonable in price, reliable in their service and after care and thoroughly professional in their delivery. We have recommended them to many of our friends unreservedly and the results have been most favourable. We have no qualms in strongly recommending Flex Eco to others wishing to have solar power installed.

From initial site visit, to completion of works, I was very happy throughout. Quality of the work is excellent, and I am completely satisfied with the system that flexeco recommended. Any queries (and there were many) was answered in a timely manner.

After moving to the area 2 years ago we asked for recommendations online for a local company to install an EV charger, and found Flex Eco. They installed it very promptly, then due to this I automatically asked them to install PV solar panels on the house. They were very friendly, courteous and very professional. We then moved to our forever home 18 months later and I didn't even ask for other installers to quote for PV solar, battery and car charger since I know I wouldn?t be ripped off and that they could guide me on AC/DC battery options and working with local DNO. We were done and dusted very quickly, especially with all of the power company paperwork that was required. Since then any technical or reporting issues they have been super quick to reply - even being onsite within an hour when the home battery went offline to talk to the manufacturer- they did a firmware update and sorted it for us.

Installation of 22 x 390wH PV panels, with Solaredge sensors, Solaredge Hybrid DC s8000 inverter, two Solaredge 9.7KwH batteries, and MyEnergi Zappi EV charger. The work conducted by FlexEco was agreed and specified 3-4 months in advance, they assessed our needs and took into account that we wanted to maximise self generation of electricity as much as possible and have the ability to utilise cheap rate electricity to charge batteries and run the Air Source Heat Pump in the winter, thus minimising bills. We undertook some investigation ourselves which FlexEco concurred with. There was a wait time for batteries so FlexEco came and installed the PV Panels and Inverter with a few months and then came back to complete the installation as soon as they received the batteries, this enabled us to get benefit ASAP with the PV. They were very efficient, clean and tidy during installation and the hole process took no more than 3.5 days. They have been very supportive when we have a couple of cliches with the Solaredge Inverter which were quickly remedied by Solaredge with firmware updates, which is the norm for this type of technology. We are extremely please with the end result, we imported a total of 7.3MwH for the last year, and our total electricity bill for everything has been £760(ignoring the government support last winter), this includes the monthly standing charge, note we have no gas supply at all, if we had not had the system our total bill would have been around £3800. So in all an excellent result.

Installation of Solar Panels on house roof and installation of battery in garage. The work was commenced a day early, which was convenient and suited. The work was carried out in an efficiently, cleanly and well within time. The workmen were very polite. Information was comprehensive and easy to follow.

Had 8 panels fitted to my garage flat roof & inverter & battery fitted to the inside. The guys arrived at 8.15am and work constantly all day they where very polite and their work was carried out most efficiently and cleanly, the information was clear and easy to understand. the election was there until 7.15pm as there was a problem with the inverter & battery not communicating with each other, unfortunately this could not be resolved, they retuned the next morning and it was sorted, now all working fine. I would Highley recommend this company as there price was very competitive, the elections, roofers fitters and office staff were all fantastic and I'm very pleased with the finished job. thank you all very much.

I have used Flex Eco 3 times over the last year,both for our general electrical stuff and solar panels. Matt has always been helpful and reasonable regarding pricing,and his team have all been very personable and professional,and have done a thorough quality job. Besides occasional problems contacting Matt when Flex Eco have been very busy,I think they provide an excellent service.Most recently,I rang Matt about our panels ,he gave some good advice and his team came round the next day.It transpired the problem could ,and should ,have been solved by me,so he waived any charge. I would highly recommend Flex Eco and will continue to use their services
