Keith was very polite. He didn't want to trail things through the house so asked if there was access at the back, which there was. He was methodically efficient and did the job within the hour. He gave me peace of mind and if I needed him again I wouldn't hesitate to call him.
Prompt response to work request, arrived on time, explained everything really clearly. Very helpful.
