I am really happy with the service provided by Floor Direct. Terry was very helpful when I went into the shop to discuss replacing the carpets in 2 bedrooms. Fitting took place a few days later and I am pleased with the result. Terry has been very responsive to the questions I raised and I would certainly recommend him to my friends.
Excellent service all around from Floor Direct when replacing the carpet in our flat with LVT. Terry and Sam organized everything, and Raeef fitted the flooring. Terry was the first point of contact, and helped choose the correct option. Sam came to take the measurements for the flooring, and periodically check the progress, as well as the final check. Raeef always showed up on time, and had great attention to detail and precision, which is very much appreciated for such work. He also adjusted his schedule to accommodate the building management limitations and other workers that were inside the flat. Thank you all for your services.
Terry and colleagues gave an honest assessment of the work to be done and did an excellent job in installing new flooring in my kitchen - especially helpful as I had to organise the work from afar before viewing the completed work. I fully recommend this company for flooring work. Alex Sloan
Did a great job, and were good value, although note that extra will be charged for clearing any rubbish after the job is done.
Terry and his team were all great and very professional, turning around the fitting of new flooring in my bedroom in super quick time. I am very pleased with the new flooring. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent!! Highly recommend. We needed a tiny bit of carpet replaced after flood damage. They were responsive, approachable, courteous and kept in touch. They had to amend their initial timing of attending to later in the day, but were flexible around the school run. Def use these guys.
Terry and his team were just great, they've put in flooring at two separate locations recently, I couldn't have been happier with the communications, the workmanship, and the price. Will come back to them again when I need flooring work done.
I used this company to remove an existing carpet in our apartment & install a new one. Terry was able to do a site visit on very short notice and provided a quote (which was very reasonable compared to quotes I received from other similar companies) very quickly afterwards. The company was also able to provide the chosen carpet & install it very quickly - only 10 days after the initial site visit. The carpet installer did a great job and we are very happy with the end result. The communication with the company was great - everyone was very helpful and responsive throughout. Would not hesitate to hire again.
Great service - they were able to arrange the install quickly and completed the transform on a 1 bed flat in a day and a half!
The quality of the installation is excellent - we've used their services twice now and both times we were really happy with the results, and the selections of hardwood floors, carpets and vinyl floor available, as well as their advice for installation.

I highly recommend Floor Direct Ltd. We are so pleased with our stair carpet. The expert knowledge in the shop, the removal of the old carpet and the highly skilled work carried out with care and speed made it a pleasurable experience.
Entire experience from start to finish was seamless. They were totally understanding of the fact that we were working with a tight deadline, and a tight budget, and made accommodations to make the work feasible and affordable. Their recommendations were realistic and practical, and demonstrated their knowledge and appreciation of interior aesthetics. I will without any doubt use Floor Direct for any future projects, and I encourage everyone else in London to do the same!
