I was re-using laminate, used chipped flooring rather than looking for good panels. Ran out of beading and used a different one without telling me, he agreed to change however was poor at communicating and kept putting me off. Now he has ignored me completely and has no responded.

Laminate installed downstairs I’m extremely happy with the laminate flooring installation and the overall service I received. The team were professional, punctual, and clearly very experienced. Laminate and carpet installation I must say, they’ve saved the day! They were hired to install carpet and laminate flooring. But what can we do when only the carpet get delivered and no laminated flooring. With the estate agent due to take picture in 2 days….is it panic time yet? For me clearly yes. However they kindly volunteered to go pick up the laminate flooring from the warehouse and bring it back. When I offered to pay extra, to my big surprise, they refused! This was a pure gesture of kindness that I will never forget. I would have myself asked a tenner extra! The work were done quickly and good and despite doing above and beyond what was agreed, they did not charge me more. I just cannot express enough how thankful I am.
