Clayton has 'gone the extra mile' to try and help me get sorted with Octopus Energy, after having solar panels installed by his company. It is good to know that he is happy to help
I had 12 panels. A solar skirt. 3 fox batteries fitted. The process from start to finish was excellent. Gary explained everything to us. Very knowledgeable and personable. Really easy to get a hold off. Replied to emails and WhatsApps very quickly and always had time to call. Instillation was great. Sam the electrician was really friendly and polite. Explained what he was going to do before he started. Wore covers on shoes. Put down dust sheets etc. Very tidy. Very neat job. Wouldn't know he had been in the house. When done demonstrated the app and explained. Admin staff are also great
The whole job from first contact with Gary ran smoothly. Everything was explained and the price was very competitive. We were kept informed of the progress of the applications to the installation. The installers were really professional and kept the place spotless. Installation took 1 1/2 days and is very tidy. Only small disappointment is that the scaffolders damaged our garden wall when dismantling. I would have no hesitation in recommending Flowing Construction Services for solar installation
