Phil and his team were magnificent. Having been disappointed with others, Phil's professionalism and experience stood out. Together with his extremely helpful and friendly manner he deserves maximum marks. He even came back a few days later, travelling quite a distance, to replace the furniture in the subject rooms once the treatment had dried. First Class!

All aspects of the experience were great, from initial contact on this website through to the fitting. Phillip recommended a specific brand of flooring which was great quality but much better value than some of the companies we were looking at. The fitting itself went very smoothly without problems and the team did a great job. They were all very polite, tidy and professional. I would definately reccommend this company. We absolutely love our new floor!
Phil was absolutely amazing. I reached out to Phil for help with treating some contaminated sections of my floorboards - I had been ghosted for 5 months by another contractor who had done some related work for me. He was courteous and knowledgable; while preferring to work with hardwax oils, Phil was willing to help, and I had some materials left. He made time to come by and assess the work, and had excellent communication. Phil's work was neat and tidy, with no mess or damage. And the treatment worked - I'm so pleased to have this finally sorted, and ever so grateful to Phil for his help.
