“I had a problem with my uPVC front door catch mechanism. I had used Kevin from Fort Locks a few years ago for my mother-in-law and still had his contact details so I gave him a call. Kevin managed to get to me after only a couple of hours, which was great, as I couldn’t use my front door at all. He provided excellent advice and gave me a couple of options (which varied in price). My door was fixed within 10 mins. I’d definitely recommend Fort Locks to anyone who wants a fast and efficient service.”

Highly recommend Kevin. Responsive and communicative, he was excellent and fixed our jammed door quickly. He was tidy and professional and went above and beyond - fixing issues we’d been having with it for years. Cost was as quoted so no surprises. Very pleased - thank you!

Had to get my lock on my door adjusted as it kept getting stuck, Fort Locks came out to fix. Can’t fault the work done and the professionalism, would highly recommend!
We managed to accidentally snap the key in our front door last night and I contacted Fort Locks first thing this morning to extract the key - he arrived within 2 hours (!!) and sorted it all out, and even fixed the stiff lock for us as well. This is the second time we've used Fort Locks now and Kevin has been fab both times - quick to respond, reliable efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend!!!
I used Kevin's Emergency service to open up a broken deadlock on my front door, and supply and fit a replacement. I was very impressed with his transparent, honest and hassle free approach to the job. He explained the work he would need to carry out and how much it would cost upfront, answered my quieries and turned up later the same day when he said he would. Kevin was also polite, friendly and respectful of me and my home. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the working of my new lock before he left and even realingned my door for me free of charge, so I no longer need to pull/push the door to get it to lock. I would definitely recommend Fort Locks to my friends and family.
I emailed Kevin late on Saturday about the gearbox failing on our French doors. He called me on Sunday and attended in the afternoon, and fitted a new gearbox, tested and adjusted the lock and door. Kevin was easy to deal with and did a quick, clean job. We're very happy with him and his work and will use him again.
