Andy was responsive to initial enquiry. Quick appointment provided. Good value for money. Completed an additional small job for no extra charge
He turned up on time and at very short notice. He quickly diagnosed the problem took off the broken lock on the "Double glazed" front door. He explained the problem and supplied a new lock which was quickly installed. No mess , quickly done and his van was clean and well signed and his "uniform" immaculate , all in all a very professional job. I was also pleased with the total cost which included the new lock! My partner has 8 properties and I am sure if we need services of a locksmith Fortify will be the only one we will call!
I called Andrew on a Monday afternoon about a window handle repair and he was out first thing Tuesday morning. It was a complicated job but there was no additional charge for it taking longer than expected, and was great value for money. Would highly recommend.
Many thanks to Andy for the fantastic repair of our back door today. It was a complex job and he fully explained what had caused the door to seize shut. Thankyou for an excellent service, reliable and professional.
