Carl was very proactive and helpful when quoting the job and was always prompt in replying to any questions. Carl communicated very well the dates he would be available for the job and kept to the agreed date. On the day to start Carl arrived early morning and the job was completed the following day, to a good standard, on time, and on budget a rare commodity amongst trades these days.
