Earlier in the year Freddie and Kirk replaced several strips of corrugated sheeting on my garage roof. Initially I was pleased with their work but now the roof leaks causing considerable damage to the supporting beams and water runs down the wall. Despite contacting them on several occasions they have not returned. I am now a very unhappy customer and would not recommend.
Freddy seemed a friendly and an Exprienced Roofer. He repaired the roof and charged us £100.00 more than he initially quoted! He told us that his work is under 5 Years Guarantee. After 4 months the tenant exprienced something and we had to contact Freddy to make sure if this needs a further investigation! To our surprise the calls were blocked and he did not answer to our SMS and whatsapp messages. So practically he did not respect the Guarranty that he gave us on his Invoice!!
