A new boiler fitted and radiators flushed and cleaned. Gary and Ben were very professional. They explained everything to me that they were doing and were clean and tidy and even phoned after they had finished to see if everything was all okay. Replacement boiler installation and completed at short notice which was urgently required due to the cold weather. This firm met all my expectations, quality system installed with excellent workmanship. Very tidy with all waste taken away for disposal. As a landlady I have called on this heating engineer to help me out at short notice and I have always found him to be most obliging. He is a first-class heating engineer and services both gas and oil boilers. I have engaged him to look after all my properties on a regular basis. I am very happy with the service he provides, and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Trader carried out repair to a heated towel rail which another local plumber had made a mess of. They also identified a problem which was causing vibration noises to central heating system and repaired same. All work was carried out to my total satisfaction and the plumber was not only pleasant but was totally professional throughout and areas worked on were left clean. Despite having been disgusted by work carried out by a local plumber in the past this company were the complete opposite and i have no problem in recommending them, i will certainly use them again when required

I contacted FTG on a Monday morning after having no hot water for about a week. Gary showed up that afternoon and identified the problem right away, he was able to temporarily fix the issue before he left ensuring I had hot water until he could fix the problem properly. I had dealt with a few other local firms who came out to have a look and give me quotes but FTG were the only one who offered a solution that got me hot water again. I was then offered me two options both with great prices (much better than the competition) and I decided to move from a System Boiler to a Combi Boiler. Gary showed up that week and did an absolutely amazing job of swapping over. The difference is night and day and the finish is a million times better than previous. Gary removed the old hot water tank and disposed of it, tidied up all the unnecessary pipe-work and left everything looking great. The previously installed system was a mess of pipes and now I have so much more space and it all looks very clean. Since installing the system I have reached out to FTG again and had a very similar experience, super quick to respond, showing up the next day to fix the problem insuring that I was back up and running again. I cannot recommend FTG enough and will be using him for all my future work and boiler services. I will also be making sure all my friends know about him. Thanks again Gary and FTG!

Very pleased from start to finish. Gary quickly returned my contact request, discussed my needs, suggested alternatives, and, provided an estimate. When agreed he then gave an installation date. The date was confirmed by him again prior to the visit. On the day, his colleague, Ben, arrived to remove the old boiler and carry out any prep work needed so installation was ready when Gary arrived with the new equipment. Both are clean, tidy workers and the installation for me seemed quick and professional. Job done, tested, commissioned by early afternoon. Couldn't be happier. Invoice matched the estimate, so there were no hidden charges. I will definitely use again for any plumbing or heating jobs I need done, and, certainly in a years time when the service is due. Had my boiler break and contacted Gary. He came round after work and got back to me with a quote within 48hours. He moved a job around for me so he could get it done quicker. Was so professional and great communication the whole way through. Took all rubbish with him and took away my old boiler. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Installed new Worcester gas boiler , and Nest thermostat system . Gary was very efficient and the installation was completed on the agreed day and within agreed time frame . Found Gary to be a very pleasant trustworthy individual. Received calls from Gary after the installation to check if everything was ok and to ensure we were happy with the workings of the boiler and the new Nest thermostat system. We struggled with resetting our schedule on the Nest and Gary was happy to call in and help take us through the instructions again . Therefore very happy to recommend Gary to others .
