From initial contact with Helen and then Neal the whole experience was impeccable. I wanted some fitted wardrobes and had had visits from 3 of the large chains with various degrees of interest or hard sell from the salespersons. Neal and his team were a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with from initial consultation, design and installation. I can’t recommend highly enough.

We have been really pleased with Neal’s craftsmanship. He previously Made a dressing room for us, so we didn’t hesitate to ask him to do more work for us. He has an eye for detail & seems to understand exactly what we want. He has a good team of electricians, plumbers & painters. Neal & his team are extremely trustworthy,very reliable, clean & tidy workers, also friendly. We cannot praise him enough.

We were amazed at the quality of workmanship on some remakes of old warped kitchen doors and drawer fronts. we have since had some doors that needed remoulding, what a great service, we were kept informed of time scale, cost, materials used ect, Very happy with every aspect of these jobs completed.

Dealing with Neal and Helen at Furnish & Co has been a pleasure from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and they actually called me to advise that they would be a day late in starting as they were waiting for some doors to arrive. We had contacted a rival whose estimate was a couple of hundred of pounds cheaper however we decided to go with Furnish & Co as we had little faith in the other company. We called Neal Lewer of Furnish & Co, a recommendation when we were talking about renewing 2 sideboards. We started off getting to know Neal and how he works, we had no plan as to design or wood so after a few meetings we knew Neal was ready to start on our projects. Little did we know/envisage that when the 2 sideboards and a pod for between our chairs were delivered the satisfaction and appreciation we felt for all the hours of planning, craftsmanship & expertise that had been invested in the pieces. Neil from Furnish & Co is a master-carpenter, a master-craftsman. He offered a trusted-trader masterclass in designing and delivering our fitted bedroom wardrobes. We had a concept idea of what we wanted. Neil was able, through his skill experience, to coach and coax preferred detailing from us. Neil offered a range of woods, veneers, paints and finishes. He worked with care and precision, ably supported by his protégé. We found the whole person-centred experience very satisfying. Oh, and we absolutely love the finished product! Trevor & Sue
