“I had to call them out as my fuse box was smoking, I spoke to Robert and he said he would be there as soon as he completed the job he was on. Approx two hours later he turned up and advised us to turn all power off, he fitted a temporary power line so we could keep the freezers with power and gave us some lights. He said we needed a new box and would order on but as it was late in the day it may not be in till the following day. On the second day he turned up in the morning with the new part. He had to replace part of the wiring as well as the box, this took him most of the day but he was very efficient and explained all he was doing, cleaned up after himself and left the area tidy. The charge was reasonable we were very pleased with him and his work.”
