I had to call them out as my fuse box was smoking, I spoke to Robert and he said he would be there as soon as he completed the job he was on. Approx two hours later he turned up and advised us to turn all power off, he fitted a temporary power line so we could keep the freezers with power and gave us some lights. He said we needed a new box and would order on but as it was late in the day it may not be in till the following day. On the second day he turned up in the morning with the new part. He had to replace part of the wiring as well as the box, this took him most of the day but he was very efficient and explained all he was doing, cleaned up after himself and left the area tidy. The charge was reasonable we were very pleased with him and his work.

We have used Future Power Solutions many times now and on each occasion we have received a prompt response to the initial call/email and a follow up site visit has been arranged promptly. Quotes are quickly received with all the necessary information presented in a clear manner, and the jobs are always carried out with great efficiency. The customer care is excellent. We have no complaints at all.

A great Gentleman came called Rob came and did the EICR, He was on time, and friendly, and was very experienced. First time using Future Power Solutions to look at a recurring issue with an immersion switch. Arrived promptly at the agreed time and quickly had the problem sorted. Rob was initially called in to do some work as part of a bathroom renovation. During the visit he identified problems with our earthing and fusebox that had not been spotted by previous electricians. I was able to verify the problem myself, and Rob helped to point out what was wrong, the implications of this and various possible solutions. He then came back for a second visit very soon, after we'd decided on the option we wanted to go for, and fixed everything up to a good standard and for a reasonable price. His work was neat and efficient and the whole experience was very professional. We were very happy with the service, the communication and the final work. I would recommend Rob and his company to others and we will definitely call on him for future electrical work.
