"I had sub floor ventilation problems due to my house being built in 1863 and we had suspicions it was causing damp under our front room floor. After I phoned Gavyn and explained my problem he came up with a solution as soon as he had a look around. He was very professional from start and he was much cheaper than other quotations we had. Gavyn also come up with a great idea of insulating the floor whilst we had the floor boards up and it has already made such an impact on our house. We are over the moon with the service he has provided and would certainly recommend him to friends and family."
