Genc helped us through the process as this was the first time we had undertaken an extension and his expertise were highly valued. He always had time to listen and helped us achieve the best results through the project. His guys were always on time and worked very hard. He said he would treat the build like he was working on his own house and he definitely did that. Would recommend and use again.

I enlisted G & I Contractors Ltd for some building work on our new home. We were on a tight budget and I got several quotes for the job. G&I were the least expensive by a long shot. I found Genc easy to work with, his communication was clear and he kept to his word. His guys turned up promptly at 8am and worked through to 6pm most days. The project was meant to take 3 months, but ended up being 4 months. This was mainly down to us adding on extra jobs along the way. Overall we are really pleased with the quality of the work, specially considering we got it done at a very reasonable price!
Ganz and his team did our rear extension and the flat roof . Really satisfied with the results and the timing.Good luck boys!
