The team who came were brilliant and used a digger (as we had side access) and manually extracted the bamboo over the course of two days. As day 2 reached its end, more of the team arrived, including the owner to get the work done. Recently, we noticed some re-growth, and we contacted the team, and they were back to excavate those growths within a week. So, we are pleased to know that the warranty is as good as its word."
