I have always used Gary after he did an excellent job installing a new boiler a few years ago. This month he replaced a badly leaking toilet and cistern, plus basin taps and waste. Gary is very knowledgeable, thorough, tidy, kept me well informed and carried out the work at a good price. I am very impressed with the work done. He also went above and beyond by boxing in all the pipework for me

Communication with Gary has been great. He was happy to answer all of my questions, happy to provide me with information I asked for. Replied in good time to emails. I recommend him/BoilerPrime. Service provided was to replace the stopcock. He has also provided a quote for a boiler replacement. All interactions have been very pleasant. Would gladly recommend! And would be glad to call upon him again in the future.
Gary carried out a service and Landlord gas certificate at our rental property. He advised on potential repairs and was very professional. Punctual and reasonable rates. I highly recommend.
