I was introduced to Darryl through the letting agent we had appointed. He fitted us in with short notice and attended promptly, and highlighted the issues quickly and in a manner that was easy to understand. I have found him to be efficient, well organised, and friendly and would be happy to recommend his services. We will certainly be using his firm again!
What an absolute blessing and breath of fresh air to find Darryl! Darryl is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite, honest, reliable, efficient, punctual, helpful, pragmatic, great at communication and keeping you updated and his pricing is reasonable too. He got back to me when he said he would, he kept me updated when he said he would. He went on site to investigate and perform the repairs (plumbing and electrical) just as he said he would. He was sensible and pragmatic and avoided replacing items that didn’t need replacing. He was polite and courteous to me and my tenants and he was honest and explained when a task was beyond his expertise. Just all round brilliant! I really didn’t think people like him existed in his trade! Definitely my “go to” property maintenance guy now. Don’t hesitate to get him on board.

After my boiler gave up (following years of neglect) I gave Darryl a call and he was at my house in about 2 hours… incredibly fortunate! Darryl was courteous and knowledgable and talked me through everything he was doing to get my boiler producing hot water again. He is a man of his word, and calls precisely when he says he will! Would have been happy to pay much more for this repair. It is abundantly clear Darryl is a man of integrity who takes pride in his craft. Will not hesitate to call in future. Highly recommend!
