"Replied promptly to my request for a boiler service, offering to do it the next day as he was in the area. He arrived slightly earlier than expected which worked well for both of us. Very friendly and efficient. Checked over the boiler thoroughly, wrote his findings in the service part of the instruction booklet; all carried out within 1/2 hr. Checked if I had a working smoke alarm and advised getting a carbon monoxide monitor assuring me however there was no gas leak. He then kindly forwarded me .Copy of the Gas Certificate for my records."
