"Got in touch about a leaking pipe on a Sunday, the plumber said he'd try and get over Monday and if not Tuesday. I think he sensed that I was a bit anxious as the leak was causing damage, so the plumber went above and beyond expectation and came over on the Sunday to check the job. He was able to stop the leak and fix an issue with the boiler. Her was very professional, helpful and courteous."
