Parts were ordered to remedy the problem and there was an improvement but further work was needed to adjust the water temperature both in the shower and the taps. An appointment was made for a callback in April but was cancelled because he was in hospital but when it was rearranged for July he didn't turn up. I tried to call and sent messages but heard nothing. I got the impression that he lost interest and had no intention of coming back once he had been paid. Despite requests I never received a receipt for the work.
The engineers carried out the work to a very high standard and kept me informed throughout the entire job. Very nice guys and would definitely use them again and recommend them. Gas works reall delivered.
