Gas Safety Checks - From my first call to the company right through to the completion of the work, I had a really great experience. Carl arrived on time and made sure everything was clearly explained, so I knew exactly what had been checked. He was incredibly thorough and professional throughout. I’ve had bad experiences with tradespeople in the past, but this has completely restored my faith. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others!

I have had to call out this company three times and the engineer Michael came each time. My boiler is more than 15 years old, so doesn't qualify for insurance cover. The first time he came it took him half an hour to identify the problem, went out and purchased the part and returned and after fixing it, gave me instructions on what to look out for if the problem re-ocurred. Absolutley first rate service, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The second time was a boiler service, and on the most recent occasion the boiler stopped working, basically the gas won't fire up. Michael came and identified the problem which required a replacement part. Considering the age of the boiler, he was able to source the part, collected it from the supplier a few miles away, and returned the next day to fit it and get the boiler back up and running with a warm home in time for Christmas. That was very considerate of him to go the extra and I can highly recommend this company unreservedly. 10/10.

I phoned Gasworks Plumbing and Heating with what I suspected was a failure of my boiler's flue fan. Michael, who annually services my boiler, was able to divert to my home at the end of the day to confirm the fault. A new fan was ordered immediately and was fitted 'first thing' the NEXT morning. I consider this to be excellent++ service, carried out in an expert manner. Thank you for minimising the disruption to our heating and hot water at this cold time of the year.

I am a pensioner and had been ripped off badly by other companies in the past until I found Gasworks. I had a very bad slow leak in my downstairs toilet that had caused a lot of water damage. Carl found the leak and fixed it and also checked for other leaks. He was very courteous and considerate and cleared up afterwards. Carl is an excellent plumber which, in my experience, are hard to find. I have also used their Electrician, Oscar who is also excellent and I have used this company to have my boiler serviced every year (this year by Michael) and I can highly recommend them all. Great company and very helpful.
