For example: No splattering on the garage wall from cementing over the pipe, re-finishing where I stepped onto the concreate, ensuring connections were solid before backfilling the trench. Took the time to explain why the installation is carried out in a certin way."

They arrived when stated, diagnosed the problem, told us what they were going to do, fixed the problem well and efficiently, price was as quoted and workmanship was very good. Clean, tidy, courteous . Would recommend.
Really pleased with job done. He found other weeping joints which caused a few issues but resolved them with no fuss. Recommended and will use again
